Beloit Riverfest Rules

  • The following items are not permitted and cannot be brought into Riverfest Grounds - absolutely no carry-ins are allowed. This includes the following items - food, alcohol, cans, bottles, contraband, pets, video equipment, recording devices, laser pointers, skateboards, scooters, bikes, coolers, coasters, and carry-in bags. Riverfest reserves the right to deny any item being carried in not listed above if the item is considered a safety hazard, security hazard, or violation of a legitimate vendor contract by Riverfest Personnel. Riverfest reserves the right to confiscate and hold all contraband items. Failure to cooperate with Riverfest Personnel could lead to you not being allowed in the park or being ejected from the park. All sales are final.
  • Taking videos or pictures of the entertainers is prohibited.
  • Do not take alcoholic beverages off festival grounds.
  • No "chaise" lounge chairs (standard lawn chairs are allowed). Blankets and lawn chairs are allowed but subject to search.
  • Entrance to the Riverfest grounds is at your own risk. Beloit Riverfest Festival Inc., is a non-profit corporation, immune from liability for injuries to persons on the festival grounds pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 895.52.
  • Sales or distribution of any material without express written consent of Beloit Festivals, Inc. could result in ejection or arrest.
  • All persons, vehicles, and accompanying property entering the Riverfest grounds are subject to searches by Riverfest Security Personnel. These searches will be made to ensure the safety of all guests of Riverfest and to ensure that no contraband is being brought into the park. Any persons refusing to submit to a search of their person, vehicle, or accompanying property will be denied access to Riverfest grounds.
  • Riverfest reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone not complying with park rules or directives from Riverfest Personnel. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person violating facility, local, state, or federal laws, or whose conduct is deemed disorderly.
  • Wrist Bands will be available after 4pm for re-entry each day.
